Pre-operative diagnostic scan fees (₹1,500) are non-refundable once the scans have been performed. In the event a patient postpones or cancels their scheduled laser surgery slot, any advance deposit paid is fully refundable within 7 working days, subject to a nominal slots holding deduction of 5%.
